Agile Digital Communications
According to the 2020 Gartner Market Guide for CPaaS, “COVID-19 has created demand scenarios for agile digital communications to generate greater operational efficiencies at enterprise scale.” During local or global challenges, such as the corona virus, CPaaS providers can help companies stay in business and even thrive by connecting to customers digitally.

In Gartner’s figure above, each layer represents a different aspect of communication services. According to Gartner.
