Yonis Djama, Western Product Expert

This month, Faces of LNK brings us to France.  Please meet Yonis Djama, Western Product Expert

Four years ago, Yonis began his journey at LINK Mobility as an L1 support technician, diligently assisting and supporting our customers every day. His optimistic demeanor and appetite for new challenges propelled him to transition to the Product Expert team. In this role, he contributes to customer support indirectly, working in collaboration with the sales and operations teams.

How did you become interested in joining LINK, and what are the most rewarding aspects of your role?

I had just finished my studies and was looking for my first experience, and what a first experience it was to join LINK. The desire to grow and evolve both personally and within the company has motivated me to stay with LINK.

The most rewarding aspect of my role at LINK is witnessing the tangible impact of my daily tasks. Knowing that my efforts are making a meaningful difference and actively contributing to the success of the organization is incredibly rewarding.

I am proud of the opportunity to build the L1 support team in France from the ground up.
I trained and integrated L1 newcomers and ensured they had the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Witnessing the team's growth as well as their daily dedication has been immensely satisfying.

My greatest accomplishment is being dedicated and committed to the day-to-day operations, ensuring that our team meets the requirements and fulfill the needs of our customers

United, because since I joined LINK, I feel like I am part of a very open-minded and professional family.

If you were an emoji, what would you be?

🏓 I just sent it to my colleagues; strangely, they lose almost every time.

only the real ones will know.

Who is your biggest inspiration within the Company?

I find inspiration in various parts of the organization. The sales team's customer-centric approach motivates me to prioritize customer satisfaction in all interactions.

The organizational skills of the developers encourage me to improve efficiency and optimize processes. The open-mindedness of the managers encourages me to be creative and embrace new ideas.

Finally, the human relations and listening skills of HR professionals remind me of the importance of empathy and communication in fostering a positive work environment.

Each of these inspirations contributes to my success within the company.

One catchphrase that defines my attitude towards work is "Work smarter, not harder".

Because I believe in working smart, staying organized, and prioritizing tasks to achieve the best results in the most efficient way possible.
