Meet Andreea Brăiloiu, our Commercial Manager and resident problem-solver in Romania! With a genuine passion for telecommunications and media technologies, Andreea joined LINK in 2022 and quickly became an essential part of our team. Every day, she keeps us moving forward by organizing and guiding the LINK team in Romania. From fine-tuning commercial strategies and safeguarding our margins to nurturing key relationships, Andreea does it all—and with a smile!
When asked how she’d describe herself, Andreea says she’s all about results, with a knack for finding ways to streamline processes and lift productivity. She’s a lifelong learner, driven to grow alongside her colleagues, especially in cross-functional teams where they can tackle big challenges together.
How did you get interested in joining LINK, Andreea? And what’s your favorite part of the job?
"With over a decade of experience in FMCG, I’d always had a fascination for telecommunications and media technology, so when I came across an opening at LINK as a Customer Support Assistant, I jumped at the chance! The opportunities here are just fantastic - two years in, I’ve grown from Customer Support to Commercial Manager, which speaks to how much LINK invests in its people. Being part of a company where I can work on exciting projects with a team that feels like family is genuinely rewarding."
What makes you most proud to be part of LINK? And any career highlights so far?
“The team spirit here is incredible! I truly see the LINK team as my second family. Even on the toughest days, we share a positive outlook and tackle problems together. My proudest moment has been delivering top-quality work while adding my personal touch to every project.”

Outside of work, Andreea is passionate about dance, art, and exploring new places. She’s a bit of a solo adventurer too—she loves traveling and attending cultural events alone to get a fresh, unbiased experience.
