LINK Mobility x AMM S.p.A.

LINK Mobility has entered into an agreement to acquire AMM S.p.A in Italy, with LINK strengthening their position as a leading CPaaS provider in the Italian market.

LINK Mobility entered into the agreement to acquire 81% of AMM S.p.A and will launch a mandatory offer for the remaining shares. AMM S.p.A. is an Italian SMS and media marketing company founded in 2008. It is currently listed on the Italian Stock Exchange on the AIM list. The organization focuses on SMS marketing, web advertising, and other related services with products including A2P SMS, email communications, and chatbots. The acquisition means exciting new opportunities for CPaaS solutions for our customers and strengthens our position within the Italian market.

With this agreement, LINK seeks to continue its growth as the leading CPaaS provider in Italy and across Europe. This makes the company LINK’s fourth acquisition since the IPO in October 2020.
