GHG Report

LINK’s GHG Report includes the most important climate and energy data from our sites for the last reporting period. It is based on the principles of the Greenhouse Gas protocol (GHGP).

LINK provided its first report in 2022, where Scope1 and Scope2 emissions were covered. In 2023 LINK has- for the first time- calculated climate impact that covered not only Scope 1 and Scope 2, but also Scope 3 emissions.

We have collected available data from affiliates, as described herein. We believe our system for collecting data will continue to improve in coming years, enhancing both data quality and availability, and lastly our GHG-reporting.

LINK will continue to calculate its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions annually and will continuously revise and update the figures/numbers if data quality and availability improves.

The GHG Report has been made with assistance from the consultancy firm Stakeholder AS.

Science Based Targets initiative

In 2024 LINK submitted a commitment letter to the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) and has worked towards developing its environmental goals ever since.

In 2026 LINK set its science based targets, which were than validated and approved by the SBTi. These targets are:
