LINK acquires UK-based company Reach-Data Ltd

The acquisition expands LINK's market position in the UK and unlocks opportunities to consolidate operations and gain access to a diverse client base.

Founded in 2002, Reach-Data has steadily built a strong foothold in the UK market, providing businesses with direct global communication routes. Specializing in cost-effective SMS marketing solutions, Reach-Data helps companies connect efficiently with their customers via mobile messaging. Their user-friendly platform supports bulk SMS messaging from desktop, mobile, or tablet devices.

The transaction values Reach-Data at an enterprise value of GBP 3 million, implying an LTM EV/adj.EBITDA multiple of 6.3x. The purchase price was settled fully in cash.
