LINK Mobility: Closing of Matelab Srl acquisition

Reference is made to stock exchange release on 16 November 2021 regarding a definitive agreement to acquire Italian based chatbot company Matelab Srl (Matelab). LINK has today completed the acquisition of Matelab.

Matelab's core offerings are the proprietary advanced conversational AI and NLP-driven software, including advanced conversational chatbot Xenioo, and the customer support software system xDesk.
