LINK Mobility - Launched additional significant WhatsApp agreement
LINK Mobility (LINK) expands its global WhatsApp reach through a customer care agreement with a major logistics company. The logistics company has added WhatsApp as a new channel to improve its customer dialog and to make customer care more efficient. The service from LINK includes a customized compliance set-up to meet high security standards. LINK has already seen substantial adoption of the new service and significant volume growth is expected with continuous new use cases. The WhatsApp service from LINK is to be rolled out globally as part of the agreement.
"Mobile users today expect immediate communication through their preferred channels. We are therefore excited to work with global logistics companies in including WhatsApp as a new customer care channel. This clearly shows Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solutions becoming part of daily life. The agreement confirms LINK's position as a global provider of CPaaS solutions", says Guro Røed, Vice President Global Sales at LINK.
The logistics company employs around half a million people worldwide.
