LINK Mobility: Closing of MarketingPlatform ApS acquisition

LINK Mobility (LINK) today announces the closing of the acquisition of the Danish company MarketingPlatform ApS (MarketingPlatform).

Reference is made to stock exchange release on 15 April 2021 regarding the agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in MarketingPlatform. LINK has today completed the acquisition of MarketingPlatform.

The transaction values MarketingPlatform at an enterprise value of EUR 13 million. The purchase price was settled with 30% in cash and by LINK today having issued 1,723,310 new shares at NOK 43.70 per share, representing the volume weighted average share price during the last 10 trading days prior to the signing date on 15 April 2021. The new shares are subject to customary lock-up for a 6-month period from closing.

LINK will register the new share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and issue a separate announcement when the registration of the share capital increase has been completed.

Following registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company will have a share capital of NOK 1,377,742.875 divided into 275,548,575 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
