Temporary Senior UX/UI designer for Enterprise portal

Position overview 

We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled temporary Senior UX/UI designer to join the UX team. This position will play a key role in improving the existing UX and UI for our Enterprise portal as well as creating user experience and design for new servicesYou will be part of the UX-team in the Engineering department and work closely together with UI designers in the team. In addition, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, developers, stakeholders, and other relevant resources.   


The contract duration is throughout 2021 and may be prolonged.  



  • Create user experience and design for new services and improve the existing UX and UI for our Enterprise portal. 
  • Serve as the Voice othe Customer. Making sure that the initiative has a clear target customer and captures their goals, jobs, and needs. 
  • Understand the customer acquisition process and document the customer journey and user flows. 
  • Perform market and competitor analysis. Get feedback from customers, and sale/support in local markets. 
  • Create rough sketches, wireframes or prototypes of alternative solutions to be tested on users and discussed with stakeholders. 
  • Responsible for the design in our Enterprise portal following LINKs design guidelines, industry standards and best practices for design.  


Your Experience: 

  • Solid experience as a UX/UI designer in a similar role, preferably within the B2B market
  • Experience of working on large-scale and complex IT projects
  • Experience with Sketch, Abstract, InVision or similar visual design and wireframing tools


 Your Qualifications: 

  • You can cover both UX and UI, or at least understand UX or UI principles in addition to your main skillset
  • Basic understanding of front-end development – possibilities and limitations
  • Relevant degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design or a related field of study, or relevant experience
  • Fluency in English
