Position overview 

As LINK’s Group Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and implementing staffing strategies that align with Group/corporate goals (attracting, developing, and retaining high performing people). You will manage both external and internal hiring and work with the business to identify, engage and attract talent across all functions. You will partner with leaders globally to ensure that the talent strategy is realized with focus on critical capabilities and quality of hire. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Talent attraction and recruitment from a to z for the group 
  • Develop and implement the global employer branding strategy  
  • Ensure efficient global recruitment processes including identifying new ways of working, automation and implementation of such 
  • Reporting, forecast and budgets 
  • Develop internal recruitment training for all countries in the group 
  • Keep up to date within the recruitment area  
  • Participate in and lead group initiatives   

 

Your Experience:  

  • 6+ years of Recruitment & HR experience preferably from a software company/IT, hi-tech engineering or consultancy environment 

 

Your Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related filed 
  • Working knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems 
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient, especially in Excel
