Senior IT Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior IT Specialist to join our fast-growing, international team at LINK Mobility Group.

You’re probably already familiar with us: we’re the technology behind the messages you receive as an SMS from an airline to check in for your flight, a WhatsApp notification about your package delivery, or a mobile coupon from your favorite store.



We are looking for proven and committed Senior IT Specialist to join us in our Oslo office. As Senior IT Specialist, you will be a part of Group Internal IT, which is responsible for providing internal support services. In addition to daily operations and project work, you are expected to focus on continuous improvement and increasing efficiencies.



  • First point of contact for local IT Infrastructure, user support, stakeholder management, and supplier coordination
  • Second line support to service desk team and go-to person for Internal IT systems
  • Primary responsible for maintaining and improving LINK On-Premises and Cloud Systems
  • Maintain and develop systems documentation and knowledge sharing within team members
  • Provide technical expertise and support for Internal IT initiatives and projects e.g. infrastructure improvements, new systems adaptions, business expansion due to M&A
  • Identify operational problems and contribute to their resolution, checking that they are managed in accordance with agreed standards and procedures
  • Work on call and/or on shifts as per business requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree or similar within IT
  • ITIL Certified or working experience with IT processes
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Infrastructure systems (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc),Multi OS support (Windows and MAC OS), Azure Infrastructure, ADFS and SSO, Office 365 Services, Intune, MS licenses, and Atlassian Products
  • IT related Certifications (O365, Azure, Modern Desktop) will be a plus
  • Advanced experience in managing data backups and restores
  • Previous experience of managing IT infrastructure and user support
  • Experience in setting up monitoring and reporting
  • Experience in implementation of network changes and maintenance routines/reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
