Position overview 

Every day at Sales Excellence is an opportunity to ensure LINK keeps speed, direction, and quality in our sales effortsPartner Sales is a key pillar in our 2025 strategy, and we are looking for someone who wants to be the driver of this journey. 

 

As Head of Partner Sales, you will have a key role in the success of our partner strategy in Europe. You will be instrumental in enabling local management and Partner Managers to achieve their goals through best practice adoption and a state-of-the-art commercial framework & partner program. You will also provide a structure to follow up on partner initiatives and KPIs and increase cross border partner collaborations. The role requires strong drive as well as project management and leadership skills 

 

The Sales Excellence team is based in Stockholm and Madrid. We welcome applicants from these locations as well as nearby locations such as Oslo, Copenhagen, or Hamburg.  

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Own and further develop LINK’s Partner Program to include Salesforce guidelines as well as a LINK Partner Portal 
  • Secure local buy-in and adaptation of best practices, follow up and train individuals and sales teams  
  • Establish a structure to follow-up on partner initiatives and KPIs 
  • Identify needs to increase competence, structure, and implement proper interventions to secure local revenue targets are achieved  
  • Promote and increase cross border partner collaboration 

 

Your Experience 

  • Experience in Sales/Partner Sales/Leadership in sales​ 
  • Skills in SaaS, CRM, digital & value-based sales​ 
  • Experience from change management and/or project management  
  • Experience from multinational companies​ 

 

Your Qualifications:  

  • A degree in Business or relevant fields of study 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel​ 
  • Good business knowledge of Salesforce​ or a similar CRM system
