Position overview

As Compliance Advisor you will have a key role in advising and educating the organization about their compliance duties and obligations. In this job you will get the opportunity to take a Group-wide responsibility for documentation and maintenance of compliance procedures for all compliance areas and provide support and training towards group (Legal, HR, IR, IT Security) and subsidiaries, as well as conducting annual audits.

The position is part of LINK group legal team and reports to Group Head of Legal.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and follow up LINK´s implementation of compliance policies in our compliance tool, to always ensure complete overview and readiness for audits and reporting
  • Monitor and optimise the use of the compliance system across the organization
  • Create training material and provide training through LINK digital training channel and/or in person
  • Support LINK group and subsidiaries when documentation or reporting on compliance areas is required by customers, public authorities, or other stakeholders
  • Set up and perform annual internal audits for defined compliance areas
  • Provide support to group or local management in case of external audits

Your Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience from compliance work in multinational organizations
  • Experience from collaborating with diverse cultures and people

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Compliance or Law is preferred. Similar education and/or suitable experience may compensate for a lack of a degree in Law.
  • Full professional proficiency in English
