Position overview 

We are looking for an energetic self-starter to join our Global Messaging team in an account management role. As Account Manager you will have the overall responsibility for sales and customers in your region. Your primary day to day focus will be customer acquisition and growth, SMS traffic analysis and optimization, customer follow-up and relation management. You will also be working towards establishing indirect sales through strategic partnerships.  

Our team is at the heart of LINK Group, making sure messages for some of the world’s biggest customers get delivered. We are spread across Hamburg, Madrid, Munich and Kolding to name a few locationsand would like you to help expand our footprint even furtherWe wear a lot of hats to get the job done, but in the end, we make a huge contribution to the company success as a whole – and have fun doing it!    

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Account development (farming)  
  • New Account sales and customer onboardings   
  • Meet with potential and existing clients   
  • Contract negotiations  
  • Maintain and grow your network    
  • Document activities in the central CRM system (salesforce)   
  • Collaboration with group in LINKGroup Marketing and Sales   
  • Take part in the overall development of the LINK Global Messaging organization 

  

Your Experience:  

  • Experience in telecommunications, specifically A2P Messaging strongly preferred  
  • Experience with complex solutions,CPaaS experience a plus  
  • Experience within Partner and/or Enterprise sales   
  • Experience with sales of products within IT/mobile and/or digital communications solutions  

  

Your Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor level degree is an advantage  
  • Fluent EnglishAny other languages a big plus!
